How do you handle violent condition

As a Team Lead I should not loose coolness and need to remain calm as long as possible because if you get angry you loose the game as the person in front of you might take it as his/her defeat. Take the person to separate meeting room instead of having discussion on open floor and speak on one on one basis with him/her and try to find out the root cause of his/her such behaviour. Once you get the answer its now in your hand to put forth the solution which must be fact based and try to create a win-win situation for both the parties.
